Execution plan

The plan qualifies a connected trading lifecycle before expanding markets, capital and distribution.

1. Settle the design#

Finalize the privacy boundary, custody, accepted-fill enforcement, owner recovery and economic accounting. Qualify infrastructure against the full lifecycle. Begin structured interviews with experienced traders.

2. Connect the lifecycle#

Use one account and accounting model from deposit through session authorization, fill, settlement, close, liquidation and withdrawal. Include treasury receipts, fee segregation and reward escrows in that same system.

3. Test under failure#

Measure execution under concurrent flow, oracle outages, gap liquidations, settlement stalls and recovery. Independently review contracts, confidential execution, key management and economic abuse.

4. Fund a bounded cohort#

Start with limited capital, a small market set and experienced design partners. Their allocations should fit available depth. Track repeat trading, slippage, successful withdrawals and net contribution after incentives.

5. Expand with evidence#

Add makers, external LP capital, markets and distribution integrations as liquidity and operations justify them. The first channels are founder trading relationships, credible trader hosts and compatible terminals or wallets.

Infrastructure providers and market makers discussed in the planning material are target conversations, not announced partnerships. No release date is promised by this roadmap.
