Token and holder rights
The proposed token provides defined economic participation without conferring ownership of trader margin or company equity.
Participation#
Anyone can buy the token on its open market. Contributors can also earn funded token awards. Eligible staked balances can participate in USDC distributions under the published policy.
Any governance rights need explicit limits. A token vote must not grant authority to move trader collateral.
What ownership means#
In the product story, ownership means economic participation and any defined governance rights. The token isn't company equity, a receipt for margin, a guaranteed return or a promise of redemption against the protocol treasury.
Company financing and investor token rights require separate agreements.
Launch terms#
The intended token has a capped supply and zero transfer tax. A smaller initial public float supports open-market trading, while a participant reserve is released through declining reward epochs. The supply amount, ticker, venue, allocation sizes, vesting and investor token rights remain launch decisions.
Launch disclosures must identify insider purchases, treasury inventory, reserves and lockups. Allocation percentages will be published once they've been agreed.
Staking and distributions#
The reference model uses a 30-day stake lock. Rewards are funded from realized fees under the allocation policy, subject to eligibility, losses and reserve requirements. No eligible stake means no new holder entitlement is created.
